Both new and registered customers should use the following telephone numbers to contact Brian King (Technician) for urgent assistance.  If which ever number you call is not answered immediately, due to Brian being engaged on another assignment, please leave a voice message, which will be replied to at the earliest opportunity.

Registered customers requiring FREE Technical Support should use the support contact information supplied to them when first becoming a registered customer.

In the majority of cases, support enquiries will be dealt with on the same day.  However, if it is anticipated that an enquiry will take some time to research and respond with a meaningful answer, an interim response will be sent at the outset confirming that the enquiry has been received and is receiving appropriate attention.

Some problems do require a considerable amount of research in order to locate a meaningful solution to a problem, and therefore we would ask all customers to be patient whilst this process is taking place.

General enquiries received via the electronic Enquiry Form will normally be responded to within 24 hours of receipt.

Registered customers who have signed up to receive REMOTE ACCESS SUPPORT, may be requested to allow access to their computers using the dedicated customer support contact information.

Registered customers who have lost Internet connectivity should contact Brian King directly on 07961 367 613 between the following times:

Monday to Friday  10:00  -  20:00

Saturdays  10:00 - 18:00 

Sundays  12:00  - 18:00
