In the majority of cases support
enquiries will be dealt with on the same day. E-Mail enquiries will be
acknowledged within a reasonable time after receipt. If it is anticipated
that an enquiry will take some time to research and respond to, an e-mail
reply will be sent at the outset confirming that the query is receiving appropriate attention.
Some problems do require a considerable amount of research in order to
locate an appropriate solution to a problem, and therefore we would ask all
customers to be patient whilst this process is taking place.
