Customers who would like to have a say on what their new computer
contains, may well be interested in our custom "Design and
Build" service. Unlike many main manufacturers this
scheme allows a customer to directly influence the specification of
the computer, how it will look, perform and the final cost.
We will visit a potential customer at their home or office to
discuss and plan the design of the proposed computer to ensure that
it fits the requirements of each individual. By doing so, we
are able to eliminate the inclusion of components that are not
required, and ensure that only parts and software chosen by the
customer is included in the computer's final specification.
There will be no end of line stock items or cheap gimmicks thrown in
to make a deal look better than it really is. Instead
customers get what they pay for - which means a quality built
computer system designed to last.
All "Design and Build" systems come with a no
nonsense 12 month Hardware Warranty, and new owners
become immediately entitled to FREE! Technical Support
thereafter.

On completion of the design stage, we will prepare a pre-order
quote, and following the agreement on the final specification and
costings, we will proceed to order the necessary components and
software. From initial design stage to completion we advise
that it may take up to 14 days to complete the process.
However, this period is often a lot less, but can vary depending on
the availability of the components at the suppliers.
All components used in the "Design and Build"
process are carefully selected both for their cost-effective quality
and compatibility with other hardware and software materials
produced by a wide range of manufacturers. This is an
important feature of the service, as parts chosen solely because
they are cheap quite often result in early defects developing and
incompatibility issues arising with other items of hardware.
The "Design and Build" service also includes the
pre-installation of all required software, and a "Disaster
Recovery Image" of the final installation is created and
saved to the hard drive. If the system fails to start at any
time in the future, the Windows installation can be repaired and
restored to a factory default state within a short space of time,
without the need to call for technical assistance.
The completed computer will be delivered FREE! of charge
to a customer's chosen local address and setup ready for immediate
use. Where an Internet connection exists, the computer will be
connected to it and configured at no extra cost.
