This Knowledgebase section has been created in order to provide users with solutions to some of the most common computer related problems that form part of many Help-Desk calls. The Knowledgebase has been divided into two sections How to.... and Information Help Sheets. The How to... sheets focus mainly on providing assistance to either install, remove or carry out some form of minor maintenance, whilst the Information sheets are designed to provide information of a specific area of computing.
