This knowledgebase section has been specifically created in order to provide users with solutions to some of the most common computer related problems that occur from time to time and make up many of the routine calls to Help-Desks. The Knowledgebase has been divided into two sections.  The How To..... and Information Help-Sheets.  The How To....sheets focus mainly on providing assistance to carry out some form of task designed to resolve a problem being encountered by a user.  Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that every task will work on all computers, but at least provide a starting point.  The Information Sheets are designed to update users on a topical issue affecting both specific and generals areas of computing.

All documents have been created in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format and can be accessed and read using the FREE version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded from our Download page, or direct from Adobe.com
