One-to-One TRAINING

It is fully recognised that any form of computer training will enhance a user's computing experience. At Computech 2000, we believe that training is an extremely important factor, and as a result undergo regular refresher training in a variety of I.T. related subject areas.

One of the most important areas that many end-users can benefit from training is "How to care for and protect a computer system". Consequently, we offer One-to-One training to anyone who would like to gain more user knowledge and learn how to extend the life of their PC.

We recommend starting with one or two sessions covering how a computer operates, and how to deal with common problems when they occur, and importantly where to locate useful information when it comes to troubleshooting and rectifying those problems.

We would hope to provide users with sufficient knowledge and confidence in order that they can repair the most common of Windows problems, without having to spend large sums of cash on unnecessary "Technician's Fees".

We will train you how to:

Carry out routine maintenance on the Windows operating system
Install additional RAM memory in order to boost performance
Add an a hard drive to gain extra storage space
Install a Windows operating system from scratch
Install a software application and test it
Effectively prevent viruses and spyware from entering a computer system

Getting the best out of a Word processing package
The basic use of Microsoft applications
Handling digital images using a program such as PhotoShop
