Computech 2000 Computer Services is based in the North London Borough of Enfield and serves a wide catchment area comprising of Barnet (Finchley & Golders Green), Broxbourne (Cuffley, Goffs Oak), Chingford, Cheshunt, Potters Bar, Haringey and Waltham Abbey.

The company is a "Registered Microsoft Partner" and as such supports Microsoft's Software Anti-Piracy Policy, and encourage all our customers to purchase and install only "Genuine Windows Operating Systems". In doing so, we hope to contribute to reducing the installation of poor quality or counterfeit Windows software, that can result in the spread of viruses, spyware and cause computer malfunctions, that can result in unnecessary and expensive repairs for users forced to employ technicians to rectify defects.

Subject to existing commitments, The aim is to provide a same day response to calls for assistance, but where this is not possible, a next day service is virtually guaranteed.

NO FIX - NO FEE POLICY
IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO COMPLETE A REPAIR SUCCESSFULLY A FEE WILL NOT BE CHARGED
(SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS BELOW)

The NO FIX - NO FEE POLICY does not apply, when it is technically not possible to resolve a problem over which a technician has no control.  For example, in the case of a software problem (virus, spyware or system corruption), where damage to the system is such that initial action does not fully repair the problem, and it is recommended that the Windows operating system be re-installed, but the customer is unwilling for such action to be taken, a fee for the initial work will be payable.  Also, in the case of Internet-related problems, if due to a faulty telephone or cable line or an un-activated broadband connection, a technician is unable to complete a repair or installation, a fee for any attempt with be payable.
