NO FIX - NO FEE POLICY
IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO COMPLETE A REPAIR SUCCESSFULLY A
FEE WILL NOT BE CHARGED
(SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS BELOW)
| The NO FIX - NO FEE POLICY does
not apply, when it is technically not possible to
resolve a problem over which a technician has no
control. For example, in the case of a
software problem (virus, spyware or system
corruption), where damage to the system is such that
initial action does not fully repair the problem,
and it is recommended that the Windows operating
system be re-installed, but the customer is
unwilling for such action to be taken, a fee for the
initial work will be payable. Also, in the
case of Internet-related problems, if due to a
faulty telephone or cable line or an un-activated
broadband connection, a technician is unable to
complete a repair or installation, a fee for any
attempt with be payable. |
